Seal Cave is an advanced cave dive near the island of Kea in the Attica region. Like other seal caves in Greek waters, this site is named for the critically endangered Mediterranean monk seals that have been documented using the cave system. The dive involves navigating underwater passages into chambers where the seals may rest. The cave walls host lobsters, cave-dwelling shrimp, and specialized encrusting organisms. Due to the extreme ecological sensitivity of monk seal habitat, diving here requires special awareness and minimal disturbance protocols. Proper cave training and equipment are essential. A privileged experience that highlights the importance of marine conservation in Greek waters.

Absolutely stunning dive site. The visibility was exceptional and we spotted several species we had never seen before. Will definitely come back.
Great spot for advanced divers. Currents can be tricky but the marine life makes it worth it.
One of the best dive sites in the region. Highly recommended.
