Brothers

Brothers is an advanced dive site near Lefkada in the Ionian Sea, named after two rocky pinnacles — the 'brother' rocks — that rise from the seabed to near the surface. The twin pinnacles create a complex underwater landscape with walls, channels, and overhangs reaching 40 meters. Strong currents sweep between the brothers, attracting impressive pelagic life including large amberjack schools, barracuda, and dentex. The walls are covered with dense gorgonians and vibrant sponge colonies. Groupers of considerable size occupy the caves between the pinnacles. The challenging conditions and current exposure make this a site for experienced divers, rewarding them with some of the best pelagic encounters in the Ionian.
