Blue Hole is an advanced dive site in the Messenia region of the Peloponnese, descending to 35 meters through a vertical chimney formation in the rocky coastline. The dive begins at a narrow opening that drops into a wider chamber, with light streaming through the entrance creating mesmerizing blue hues. The chamber walls host delicate marine growth including cup corals, sponges, and bryozoans, while the surrounding reef is rich with groupers, moray eels, and nudibranchs. This geological wonder offers an unforgettable diving experience for experienced divers exploring the western Peloponnese.

Absolutely stunning dive site. The visibility was exceptional and we spotted several species we had never seen before. Will definitely come back.
Great spot for advanced divers. Currents can be tricky but the marine life makes it worth it.
One of the best dive sites in the region. Highly recommended.
