Turtle Rock is an advanced shore dive to 40 meters in Curaçao, named for its reliable sea turtle encounters. This site features a large rocky formation on the reef where hawksbill and green turtles regularly rest and feed. The surrounding reef wall drops steeply with impressive coral growth, barrel sponges, and gorgonian fans. Beyond the turtles, the reef supports groupers, moray eels, and colorful tropical fish. The deeper sections attract eagle rays and occasional reef sharks. While the turtle encounters occur at accessible depths, the wall's full depth range requires advanced certification for those wanting to explore the deeper reef sections.

Absolutely stunning dive site. The visibility was exceptional and we spotted several species we had never seen before. Will definitely come back.
Great spot for advanced divers. Currents can be tricky but the marine life makes it worth it.
One of the best dive sites in the region. Highly recommended.
