
Ship Rock Aquatic Reserve is a protected beginner-friendly dive site in Port Hacking, south of Sydney. This marine reserve at 18 meters depth features a stunning boulder reef system covered in vibrant sponges, sea tulips, and soft corals. The protected status has allowed marine life to flourish, with regular sightings of weedy seadragons, seahorses, blue groper, cuttlefish, and Port Jackson sharks. Shore access and calm conditions make it one of Sydney's most popular and accessible dive sites.
